Site works on PHP 8.2/8.3 again (Pdo\Mysql compat)
Fixed the fatal Class Pdo\Mysql not found that took the whole site down on hosts running PHP below 8.4.
The stock Laravel 12 database config references Pdo\Mysql::ATTR_SSL_CA, a constant that only exists on PHP 8.4+. Hosts on 8.2/8.3 crashed on every request with Class Pdo\Mysql not found — a total outage that looked like a broken deployment but needed no vendor changes at all.
config/database.php now resolves the SSL option key per PHP version (Pdo\Mysql on 8.4+, PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CA below, raw value as last resort), with the wrong branches never evaluating.
